A Complete Sequim Lavender Festival Tour Experience at Jardin du Soleil

Jardin du Soleil, a certified organic farm, invites you to  experience the celebration of lavender. Enjoy fragrant purple vistas, magical gardens surrounding our 1880 Victorian home, lively music provided everyday by the multi-talented Electric Wood Band. Dine on great lavender cuisine prepared by the Red Lion Crab House and relax with a glass of local wine. Indulge yourself with White Chocolate Raspberry Lavender Ice Cream! Have your own special lavender photo shot by photographer, Valerie Henschel. Enjoy lavender craft demonstrations and visit an array of talented artisans displaying their crafts. Cut your own fragrant organic lavender bouquet or take home a favorite lavender plant from our large selection of varieties. Find the perfect gift of lavender in our distinctive gift shop. It will be an experience to delight the senses! Ample parking is available.

Spend some time with owner, Randy Nicholson, and learn the history of the Jardin du Soleil farm. See how our certified organic lavender flowers are commercially distilled into essential oil with our state of the art distillation system.

Sequim Lavender Festival Food & Drink Menu

• A Taste of Provence‚ a la Carte menu prepared by the Red Lion‚ Crab House Restaurant, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Essential oil distillation demonstrations with a free sample of our certified organic lavender essential oil
• Learn to cook with lavender during our culinary lavender cooking demonstration with the Crab House Chef, featuring Char-broiled Salmon Filet with Beurre Blanc
• Cut your own lavender bouquet or we will cut it for you
• Lavender hand massages and waxes
• Face painting
• Lavender crafting demonstrations: Wands & wreaths and more
• Photographer Valerie Henschel will be on site to take that personal lavender photo
• Saturday and Sunday, the School of Wind will offer classes for kids on kite making and kite flying

Sequim Lavender Festival Music

• Great Live Music with the truly talented Electric Wood featured Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10-6pm.
  
  Electric Wood blends R&B, Reggae, Soul, Folk, Celtic, Greek, Americana and Light Jazz musical styles to create a unique sound highlighting the many talents of the band members and the extensive and varied backgrounds that each of them bring to the group. Electric Wood are all professional, studio and performing musicians
  The band has released four CD's and 5 music videos over the last five years
