BREW THE PERFECT CUP OF LAVENDER TEA.
Lavender tea is, simply, brewed culinary lavender. Try brewing our variety of loose tea blends and enjoy them by the cup or the pot. We think loose teas infuse more flavor in the water. Using a tea strainer instead of a tea ball, place a teaspoon of tea per cup into the strainer and pour hot, not boiling, water over the loose tea. (Boiling water could burn the tea ingredients). Steep 3-6 minutes according to taste. Sit back and relax. Add a little iced 'Provence' Tea with its fruity, lavender blend to champagne for a delightful before-dinner cocktail!
