I bought this in person on a trip in 2022. It's very good honey. On toast or biscuits, the flavor shines on its own.
I purchased this item in person while on a 2019 trip. The distinctive taste from the lavender fields is heavenly. It took several months to finish it but when I did I wanted more. I use it sparingly and on special occasions.

Very tasty, great color. The only thing that bothers me is that it starts to get granular before the jar is opened. Otherwise, I love it!
Thanks for the review! Wanted to respond about the granulating. When honey is heated to a high temperature to make it liquid some of the nutrients also get cooked out. To retain the most benefits we heat our honey just to the point of becoming liquid, because of this it does tend to get granulated when exposed to cooler temperatures. When granules begin to form we place the jar in a pan of lightly simmering water until it melts to a golden color again. Enjoy the liquid gold!
