About the Lavender Festival Pass

During Sequim Lavender Weekend, many farms are open for viewing.
Jardin du Soleil is one of the only farms hosting a full three-day lavender festival.

We operate as a programmed festival with live music, food, vendors, demonstrations, and family activities throughout the weekend. A Lavender Festival Pass is required to access the farm during festival hours.

Food, Drinks, and Lavender Treats

Guests can enjoy a variety of food and drink options throughout the weekend, including lavender-inspired treats.

Food, beverages, and specialty items are available for purchase from on-site vendors and the farm.

Pacific Pantry will be serving a delicious, locally inspired menu throughout the weekend, featuring savory favorites and lavender-forward treats.Food menu highlights include:
  • Lavender bratwurst
  • BBQ pulled pork sandwich
  • Slow-roasted crispy pork over cider-braised cabbage with sweet onion, apple, and lavender
  • Vegetarian plate with curry-roasted squash, black lentil salad, and red lentil hummus
    Served with pita chips and lettuce cups
  • Lavender vanilla panna cotta with local berries
Drinks available for purchase include:

The Jardin du Soleil Lavender Festival takes place during Sequim Lavender Weekend in the Sequim–Dungeness Valley of Washington State.

Unlike casual farm visits, our festival offers a complete weekend experience featuring live music, food, artisan vendors, and farm programming across a working lavender farm. Visitors travel from across Washington and beyond to experience lavender in bloom in a relaxed, immersive festival setting.

Do I need a ticket to visit the farm during Lavender Weekend?

Yes. During Sequim Lavender Weekend, Jardin du Soleil operates as a full lavender festival, and a Lavender Festival Pass is required to access the farm.


Why does Jardin du Soleil charge when other farms are free?

Many farms are open for viewing during Lavender Weekend. Jardin du Soleil hosts a three-day festival with live music, food service, artisan vendors, demonstrations, family activities, and staffed infrastructure.

The Festival Pass supports the musicians, vendors, staff, and production required to host a vibrant, well-run event.


What is included with the Festival Pass?

Your Lavender Festival Pass includes access to the farm and all scheduled festival activities for the entire weekend, including:

  • Live music throughout the weekend

  • A free souvenir festival button

  • Kids and adult crafts

  • The annual scavenger hunt with prizes

  • Access to the garden maze

  • Essential oil distillation demonstrations

  • Free photo booth photos (souvenir photo strip)

  • Lavender field photos taken on your camera by our resident photographer

  • Family games and activities

What is available for purchase during the festival?

  • Lavender bundles from the You-Cut field (sold by the bundle)

Can I come for just one day?

Yes. While the Festival Pass provides access for all three days, guests are welcome to attend for one day or return multiple days.


Are children allowed?

Yes. Children 12 and under are free and welcome to attend with a parent or guardian.


Is parking available?

Yes. Free on-site parking is available at the farm.
Staff are present to assist with parking logistics, and an overflow parking area across the street is available when needed.


Are dogs allowed?

Yes, leashed dogs are welcome with respectful owners.

Please note that Jardin du Soleil is a working farm with free-range chickens and other animals. If a dog becomes disruptive or poses a concern for guests, staff, or animals, we may ask the owner to remove the dog from the farm.


What if it rains?

The festival takes place rain or shine. Many activities continue in light rain, and guests are encouraged to dress for the weather.


Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Yes. Festival Passes are $10 online and $15 at the gate, subject to availability. Purchasing online is encouraged.
