July 17, 18 & 19, 2026
Each summer, Jardin du Soleil Lavender Farm invites a small group of artisan vendors to join us for our annual Lavender Festival, held during Sequim Lavender Weekend. The festival is a celebration of handmade work, community, music, and the beauty of the farm in full bloom.
Throughout the weekend, guests explore the farm while enjoying distillation and processing demonstrations, live music, children’s and adult craft activities, our garden maze, a vintage VW photo bus, and food from Pacific Pantry. These experiences encourage visitors to linger, wander, and engage — creating a relaxed and attentive audience for our vendors.
We invite you to read the information below to learn more about participating as a vendor. If you have questions or would like to check in before applying, please feel free to contact us at info@jardindusoleil.com.
We look forward to welcoming both returning and new vendors to the farm this summer.
Our vendors are an important part of the festival experience. Many return year after year, and we truly think of them as part of the Jardin du Soleil family. To keep the festival feeling relaxed, welcoming, and intentional, vendor participation is juried and limited, with a carefully curated mix of makers.

This is not a hectic street fair or a high-pressure market. We aim to create a setting where vendors and guests alike can slow down and enjoy the weekend.
Vendors appreciate:
A thoughtful, engaged audience that values handmade and local goods
Three full days during a well-established regional event
A curated vendor mix, so similar products aren’t competing side-by-side
A supportive, friendly environment — vendors know each other and look out for one another
Promotion through our website, newsletter, and social media
A beautiful working farm that invites people to linger and explore
Each year, we intentionally reserve a small number of spaces for new vendors who feel like a good fit alongside our returning favorites.
We are drawn to high-quality, thoughtfully made work that complements the spirit of the farm and the festival.
Vendor categories that are often a great fit include:
Ceramics & pottery
Jewelry
Glass art
Leather goods
Textiles & fiber arts
Fine art & illustration
Botanical or herbal products (non-lavender)
Specialty food products (non-lavender)
Select interactive or demonstration-based booths
To keep the vendor mix balanced:
Jardin du Soleil exclusively sells lavender products, so we do not accept other lavender-based vendors.
We limit the number of vendors within the same product category (for example, soaps or candles).
If you’re unsure whether your work fits, we’re happy to talk it through.
To create a consistent and enjoyable experience for everyone:
Vendors must be open all three days of the festival
Friday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Booth spaces are approximately 10' x 10'
White canopy tents only
Tents must be properly staked and/or weighted (wind is possible)
Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, displays, and extension cords
Electricity is limited and not guaranteed
Reliable Wi-Fi is not available
Pets are not permitted in vendor spaces
Additional details regarding setup, load-in, vehicle access, and other logistics will be shared with accepted vendors closer to the festival.
All vendors must submit an application for review
Submission does not guarantee acceptance
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until spaces are filled
Accepted vendors will receive confirmation and payment details by email
Booth fees are due upon acceptance to secure your space
Our goal is to create a vendor group that feels cohesive, collaborative, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
If you have questions or would like to check in before applying, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to connect.
